Synergy Circles bring women together for honest, heart-centered conversations about the things that actually matter—self-care without guilt, anxiety we're all carrying, fear that's holding us back, the identity work we're navigating, and the courage it takes to begin again.
No performance. No pretending we have it all together.
Just real women sharing real struggles and realizing: I'm not the only one.
You host. I facilitate. Your circle transforms.
Here's the simple process:
1. You gather the women.
Invite your friends, your sisters, your neighbors, your colleagues—the women in your life who would benefit from deeper connection and honest conversation.
2. You provide the space.
Host in your living room, backyard, or a local venue. (Coffee and cozy seating optional but encouraged.)
3. I bring the facilitation.
I'll guide a safe, intentional 2-hour experience using prompts, reflection questions, and gentle frameworks that create space for real connection.
4. Everyone leaves feeling seen.
Your circle will walk away feeling lighter, understood, and reminded that they're not alone in what they're navigating.
Each Synergy Circle is tailored to your group's needs, but themes often include:
✨ Self-care that matters — What it really looks like (and why it's not selfish)
✨ The anxiety we're carrying — Practical tools for nervous system regulation and emotional peace
✨ Fear that holds us back — How to face it with courage and keep moving forward
✨ Identity and purpose — Remembering who you are beneath all the roles you play
✨ The courage to begin again — Permission to want more, change direction, or start fresh
This isn't a lecture. It's a conversation. A safe space where women can be honest about where they are and hopeful about where they're going.
You have a group of women who would benefit from deeper connection and meaningful conversation.
You want to create intentional space in your community—something more than surface-level gatherings.
You're in San Diego (or surrounding areas) and willing to host in your home or a local venue.
You believe in the power of women gathering to support, encourage, and strengthen one another.
You're craving real connection—the kind where masks come off and hearts open up.
